This was an amazing location in a very nice building with plenty to do in a walkable downtown neighborhood. there are plenty of nice restaurants and excellent bars in all directions. I recommend it to catch a ball game or just to explore downtown Cincinnati.

Loved this apartment - close to everything but somehow still quite. We walked to restaurants and across the river to the stone bridge and downtown. Beautiful building, modern, comfortable. Not too big. We were picking up our kids from UMN and it was very convenient. A short and easy drive.

Everything was great loved the room we went swimming and it was a nice view. Wish we had more towels other thn that. I enjoyed the stay I'll book again! Highly recommended

I can’t wait to book my next stay with CozeStay’s listing! Not only were we in the heart of the Banks, but we had so much to do within walking distance! I feel like this is a PRIME location when staying in the city!

Le séjour était parfait. L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre et bien conçu. Seuls bémols : - La climatisation très bruyante, sans possibilité de l'éteindre - Problèmes de débit d'eau (résolu pendant le séjour) et de lavabo bouché (pas encore résolu à notre départ, mais en cours)

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about really. Would be nice if I could have left my luggage somewhere in the building when checking out. Another Airbnb where I stayed had storage provided in a separate room with lockers with possibility to choose a personal code.

We had another great stay at Sawyer Apartments and would absolutely return again. The unit is very spacious, with comfortable beds and flexible sleeping arrangements that worked perfectly for our group. We especially appreciated the in-unit laundry, the clean and modern decor, and the beautiful nighttime view of downtown Minneapolis. We did run into a few hiccups at check-in. Some bed and bath linens were missing for all guests, there was no iron (apparently taken by a previous guest), and the kitchen lacked basics like dish towels and paper towels. The body wash was also empty. What really stood out, though, was how proactive and responsive the host was. They replied quickly, took full ownership, and immediately worked to resolve everything—arranging late-night Walmart deliveries and even offering reimbursement if we preferred to purchase items ourselves. That said, the host handled everything exceptionally well.

Exactly as advertised, this was an absolutely lovely stay. Very clean home, check in and check out were both very easy. Hosts were super lovely as well and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!!

This was our first trip to Cincinnati and we enjoyed it very much! The location of this studio is perfect for enjoying all that Downtown has to offer, including the river walk, the stadiums, nice shops and restaurants.

This place was just as described! A very central location in Minneapolis with plenty of dining and cafes walking distance. The check in process was very smooth and the host responsiveness was unlike any other. The apartment was on the tiny side but up-kept very well and cozy. Would recommend this apartment if staying in the Minneapolis area.
